I am challenging every group in Manitoba Council to recruit one new member to each section - Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers and Rovers. That new recruit must be registered as a member of Scouting. My reward will go the group with the highest percentage of increase in the Province. The challenge will end on April 30th, 2011. Along with the Commissioner’s Challenge, National Council has offered a further incentive behind the Bring a Friend Program. Each time a Scout brings a new friend to a group meeting, the Scout will receive a $5 Scout Shop coupon (redeemable for any Scout Shop purchase, no minimum purchase required). If the friend registers as a new member, he or she will also receive a $5 Scout shop coupon, while the Scout who brought the friend receives an additional $5 coupon.
